Please note that all prices are subject to a tax of 17.42%. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. A cleaning fee of $300.00 and damage protection insurance of $30.00 apply, along with a service fee of $50.00.

Cancellation policies are guest-friendly: should you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, only your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations after full payment, we will refund any nights we can rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. In the event of tourism closure, all payments will be credited toward future bookings. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Due to regulations, the property is designated exclusively for registered guests. The maximum occupancy is limited to 6 persons both inside the house and on the property. Please be reminded that parties and events are not permitted.

Being situated in a residential area, quiet hours are observed from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask for your consideration towards our neighbors during these times. Parking is limited to two vehicles only.
